Chuck and I are getting ready to go on our much anticipated hunting trip to Canada. We’re going to be looking for that trophy black bear…but a cub will do! Chuck snapped this picture with his camera phone during a 3-D archery shoot we did to practice our bow-huntin’ skills. Hopefully in a few weeks I’ll have some pictures of a REAL bear to post!

Maynard Ferguson would have been 80 years old today; he passed away in 2006. He was an inspiration to many, and certainly to me as a young trumpet player. Ok…enough with the ‘nerd’ jokes guys!
